Core Beats begins with a minimum of 45 minutes of Nia inspired cardio dance to get your heart rate up in playful and powerful ways followed by at least 15 minutes of mat pilates inspired floor work to increase your overall strength and flexibility.  All levels welcome, every movement is safe and adaptable to various levels of fitness.  Most important is your desire to show up and be in your body!
