Join Sarah and Deborah for this 1.5 hour workshop to learn everything you ever wanted to know about how to stay strong and healthy through every phase of your life!
Saturday, October 5 • 2:00pm - 3:30pm
You will learn body alignment, foot placement and leave with a deeper understanding on how you can keep your body healthy, strong, flexible and vital through the years.
You will also enjoy a Nia 52 Moves™ class so you can practice the moves and still have plenty of time for questions.
